Walkout song DJ on Apple devices still does work with Apple Music... Nothing has changed.  I assume you are getting some error when trying it now.  Could you email to walkoutsongdj@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error you are seeing?  Hopefully, we can get it figured out for you.

Release Notes / AI voices beta on the Apple version of Walkout Songs

Finally!  AI voices for Walkout Song DJ.  With help from Murf.AI we can finally use some realistic voices with some style instead of the lame Apple and Google text to speech.  The beta for the Apple version is released in the App Store.  If you would like to participate in the Apple beta and provide some feedback, please either pm here or via email to walkoutsongdj@gmail.com with your App Store email address and I will add you to the list.   I am starting now on the Android port of the same functionality so watch for that beta announcement in the coming weeks.

That issue was fixed back in June of this year so the update should get you going.

I'm sorry but I missed this on the day you reported it.  Are you still having the issue?  I believe you have emailed me regarding the same issue and you did an uninstall reinstall to get it working again?

Generally, that error indicates that Google has changed the YouTube interfaces so the song collector can't find the links to the music stream.  That requires an update to the song collector app to adapt to the new interfaces.  When you see that, you should check at the top of this thread for a new version:

It generally takes 24-48 hours for me to get the Song collector fixed and a new version posted to that thread.  I just verified that the current version on that thread is working and not displaying that error.  If you are seeing the error, then I would suggest trying to update.

Did you try to update the app from the pinned thread where I always post them?  Same thread where you got the original?  Google breaks the app fairly often and I post an update to the original link within a day or so.

If you already have the songs downloaded to the device, then you do not need an internet data connection.  Cell service at ball fields was always assumed to be limited so it is a design goal of the app to not require an internet connection during playback.

Ljteems:  the most recent update to the song collector should fix the issue you are seeing.  I created that update yesterday in response to the first report of the issue.  It is available in the original song collector thread,  under the new release post for song collector, and here just to be sure:

You would need to download the update from that link and then install that new version.  You can first uninstall the old version just to be sure when you update it is in fact the latest.
