Release notes for version 2.1.15

Version 2.1.15 was released from the App Store on February 18, 2016.

Added features and modifications include:

- just fixes the little bug in 2.1.14 that was crashing devices with outdated iOS 8.3 or 8.4 when opening the new config menu.
