Title: iOS app for recorded annoucements

Is there a good iOS app that will allow me to record the announcements and then transfer them to multiple installations (my iphone and my ipad).  I am getting the lay of the land on my iphone, but will most likely use the ipad for actual games.

Also would allow me to send the announcements to other teams that are also downloading the app.
