Title: Trouble importing songs

I have tried importing songs but can’t get it to work. I visited the FAQ section and have already tried going to settings and then media and Apple Music. This app isn’t pulling as an option to even turn on?

Are you on an Apple device or Android? 

On an Apple device, you do not need to import from Apple Music... just add a player, tap the "tap to select song", pick iTunes library and your Apple music songs should be there. 

If you are on Android, then there is no way to import from Apple Music as Apple has not yet provided any method to access the songs from a third party app on Android.
