 Is there a video tutorial on how to use this program?

There is no video tutorial produced yet that I know of.   I tried to make using the program as simple as possible so that documentation and a tutorial would not be necessary, but it has grown in complexity from the original version and a tutorial would probably be a good idea.  I will take a look at how difficult a video would be to create and post here if I come up with something.

Can the app say the players name and number before the song?

The app supports announcing the players name and number after the song fades which is the more traditional sequence.

Just go into the ios settings, select the Walkout Song Dj icon, tap the arrow to the right of Player Announcements then enable the switch labeled "Enable Player Announcements"

Note: the announcing voice is Siri and she will say the player number and player name that you have entered for each player. You may need to phonetically spell some names to get the right pronunciation.
