can you download the app on a different device and have all the music with it or do you have to re download  all the music?

UpAllnite Software:
You can export all the settings to an email and import that on another device, but the music must be redownloaded on that device because the music industry is pretty touchy on apps transferring songs.  The app will match up the songs on the other device by title and artist if they are there.
