Moving app and files to new Ipad

Just bought a gen 6 IPad and want to transfer app and files from the old 3rd gen IPad. Any suggestions?

UpAllnite Software:
Download the app on the new device... 

On the old device, go to the settings tab of the app, select export data and email the settings to yourself

On the new device, open the email, long tap on the attachment and select 'copy to walkout songs' to import the data.

On the new device, download all the same songs from iTunes that you were using on the old device.

The app should match up the songs and work as it did on the old device.
