What device type is this, Apple or Android?  What is the source of the music?

Is it particular songs that always have this volume contrast or is it just random with any songs?  If you play the two songs in your example in the Apple Music app do they have that same volume contrast?  Are you playing the songs through a Bluetooth speaker by chance?

All is normal on the songs in Apple Music app. Yes it is Bluetooth’d to a JBL Partybox 310.

Does it behave that way if you just play through the phone speaker?  Can you try using an aux cable to the speaker rather than Bluetooth?
