Title: Failed to get streaming info

Downloading songs for the new team and am getting an error: "failed to get streaming info". I redownload the file in case there were any updates, but that didn't seem to work for any song entry to find. Any suggestions?

Is this in the Walkout Song app or the Song collector app?

I am still getting the error. I redownload, closed everything then tried again and still get the error.

Ljteems:  the most recent update to the song collector should fix the issue you are seeing.  I created that update yesterday in response to the first report of the issue.  It is available in the original song collector thread,  under the new release post for song collector, and here just to be sure:

You would need to download the update from that link and then install that new version.  You can first uninstall the old version just to be sure when you update it is in fact the latest.

Tried to delete app and re-download and still getting error code

Make sure you are downloading from the latest link...  that is always at the top of this thread https://upallnitesoftware.com/forum/index.php?topic=246.0
It should be version 1.0.15

I just verified that there are no errors with that version.

It is the latest one and still not working telling me to sign in to prove I am not a bot but see no way to sign in

There should not be any sign in for the song collector app.  There are no accounts to sign into. Can you take a screen shot of what your seeing and email to walkoutsongdj@gmail.com so I can figure out what you have going on there?

So I switched to video and that worked and once I switched to songs everything started working. Not sure what I was doing wrong but thanks for helping.

The latest version is not returning any errors in a test I just ran minutes ago.  Please email to walkoutsongdj@gmail.com, with a screenshot of the error message you are getting and a view from your Android file manager of your downloads folder where you installed the latest version of the song collector from.
