no, all my songs are in Itunes. I put some songs in Icloud and there is no option to copy to walkout songs

My songs are on Apple Music, Family sharing. The app is not finding any songs. I also moved some songs over to Icloud and it didnt see those either. On the app ITunes Library is empty.
