Issue Reporting / Announcements/songs turned down via Bluetooth

Everything works fine via phone. When I connect to Bluetooth speaker announcements and songs will start at random volumes and sometimes muted. If you quickly hold volume up it sometimes fixes it other times not. iPhone 12 ios15.6 JBl PartyBox 310
