How to change volume of the music

I have the IOS version, I use music from Apple music and text to speech for announcer, the volume for the music is significantly higher than the announcer, which is already set to maximum, anyway to lower the music volume to match the announcer’s?

Apple Music playback on iOS has no volume control provided by the operating system so there is no way to make it lower relative to the announcement.  The announcement does have volume control but it defaults to the maximum volume.  In my experience and retested just now, the volume of the two are fairly balanced...  Does this music too loud problem happen with all the Apple Music songs you try or just specific ones?  Can you do a device recording of what you are observing and email to me at Walkoutsongdj@gmail.com?
