How can I change my voice to text to male and sound like a stadium announcer? I have Downloader a voice changer but they are not what I'm looking for.

The only way to get announcements that sound like a stadium announcer would either be to find a team parent with a good voice to record them in the app or purchase professional announcements from someone that is a stadium announcer.  There are thousands of voiceover freelancers at fiverr.com that can do the job for you.  I have a recommendation of one on this thread:  https://upallnitesoftware.com/forum/index.php?topic=244
